From where the Superior General of the Congregation with four General Councillors, carry out the duties and responsibilities entrusted to them without fail.

After getting recognition as an independent religious congregation at the diocesan level on 20th April 1970, LourdeNatha convent, Thrissur, served as the first central house of CSM from the year 1972. After 10 years, the general house was shifted from Lourde Natha convent to the nearby Holy Spirit convent, Thrissur

The Fifth General Council decided upon the felt-need of the new convenient Generalate house and it was materialized and erected at Mannampetta, Thrissur. Thereon ‘KripaBhavan’ Generalate became the new general headquarters of the CSM. KripaBhavanGeneralate was blessed and inaugurated on 1st November 1994, by His Grace Mar Jacob Thoomkuzhy, and on that august occasion His Grace appropriately denoted it as “the powerhouse of the Congregation, the force that binds all the sisters together.” The general house was especially dedicated to the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus.

KripaBhavan is the assembling place where seminars, courses, and retreats are conducted and organized for the sisters at the congregational level. It also functions as the prayer house of the congregation. Sisters spend their mandatory annual prayer days in KripaBhavan according to the schedule which is allotted to them. Every week five sisters get into these devoted prayer days and experience the spiritual warmth and fortress of the Blessed Sacrament.

Attached to KripaBhavan, there is a pre-primary school as well as a day care center for children from 2 years and above. The mission of ‘KripaBhavan Nursery School’ is to provide each child, social and academic learning within a core of Christian values.
